Vallandry
Vallandry with a mixture of ski chalets and apartments is in a great position within the Les Arcs ski area and overlooks the Tarentaise valley. The village provides all the usual services of a modern ski resort; there is also plenty of space for children to play safely so making it a good destination for a family ski holiday.
To take advantage of the Vanoise Express to ski in la Plagne as well as Les Arcs you are better off staying in the neighbouring Plan Peisey.
It is an easy walk between Vallandry and Plan Peisey, taking 10-15mins, often the 2 villages are referred to collectively as Peisey-Vallandry. The local shuttle bus service runs between the two villages.
